Tasty #5

i was in a shop last week and a guy was trying on a pair of shoes that were squeaking like crazy. it induced an absolute mini-giggle fit in me, and i hope he didn't buy them. clothing should not be heard.
however, the other senses are important - each day you choose what you want to look like. texture is typically a factor, so that's feel right there. if you shower and/or use a fragrance, there's your smell.

if you had to describe your style (not your personal scent) as a taste, or flavor (or food), what would it be?

Vanilla with a bit of coconut.

someone once told me that my perfume (which was vanilla) matched my skin tone very well, I wanted to hug him! Like ah! u get it.

I had the coolest shoes that I got at the Marshall Field's (RIP) basement sale ::daubs at eyes:: in the 80s; they were men's italian slip on loafers, they were gorgeous, very simple like a bedroom slipper almost. One of them developed a squeak. It broke my heart.

Anyway, this is such a great question! Aren't you going to tell us yours? It is *not* Krispy Kreme flavored!

Mine: Café au lait and some big ol' organic healthy-ass high fiber muffin. Bon appetit.

well carlene, i thought about it. perhaps gnocchi. it's filling and solid, no unnecessary junk or preservatives, yet it's oddly shaped, in fact totally inconsistent from batch to batch (unlike, say, penne). and you can add different sauce, but the basic idea is always the same - yummy warm smooth goodness.

but perhaps i'm going too far over to "food" and away from "taste" strictly speaking. is my answer satisfactory or did i miss the mark?

:)

an italian barolo. not over the top like a californian cab, yet still complex with many layers.
